Xi'an, China

Xi'an, one of China's ancient capitals and home to the famous Rou Ji Mo (肉夹馍) or the Chinese hamburger, well lamb-burger. This is one of the cities which was always on my list for visiting. It only took me three years to get there but eventually, I made it and the city did not disappoint. The city has a very different feel to the likes of Shanghai. A lot older, slower and historic. First stop was a quick walk on the ancient city wall, then the Bell Tower and last, the famous Xi'an Muslim Food Street. I will definitely be returning to Xi'an for a less rushed visit in the near future!
